Melting Tips
Vegan Gourmet Cheese Alternative melts down to a creamy, smooth cheese
sauce in a fondue pot, sauce pan, casseroles, or in the microwave.
Keep your dish covered, this cheese melts best in a moist environment.
Slice thin (except for fondues).
For fondues melt cheese completely on a medium heat setting, then turn the heat down, and stir occasionally. If the fondue becomes too thick, just add a little water.
When making grilled cheese it helps to put a lid on the skillet to keep the heat in.
For best results when melting open faced in oven, shred cheese, keep your oven at 450*, and you may want to finish it off with the broiler.

Vegan Gourmet Mozzarella Cheese melts beautifully and completely on pizzas. For Best Results:
Preheat oven to 450*f.
When cooking thick crust pizzas, pizza bagels, or French bread pizzas put under broiler.

When baking a casserole or lasagna, cover until almost finished and then place under broiler to brown cheese if desired.
